When 2007 rolled in I made three resolutions:

1.  To loose weight

2.  To spend more timer marketing this website

3.  To add a blog to this site.

Well, we alost to the 1/3 mark on the year and well.. I have manages to keep one of my resolutions. 

Without giving too many details yet I will say that so far I have lost over 30 lbs and feel better than I have in years.

On the other hand, this is my first official blog posting to this site and I have not done alot more on the marketing front that I have done either of the last 2 years since I started AustinMarketPlace.com.

Sure I have added some Google Ads but that is more to generate a little more money to market the site and while it is not making me rich there have been a few clicks but I need to do more to drive trafic to the site and get some of the vendors listed here involved.

The other thing I want to do is get you folks, the users of this site, to give me some feedback on what you would like to see. I know you are out there. I look at the reports fairly often but I see that the trafic has dropped off a bit in the last few months.  So if you want to offer some suggesions, feedback or get your business listed drop me a note through the form below and I will see what I can do!
